Putrajaya - Penang

My life is like a piece of pizza with too many toppings now, there are sweet, sour and bitter ingredients..and I have to cut it carefully to make it fair..and 24 hours a days are not enough especially time spent with the kids..

Its a different and exciting nature of work but it comes with a price, most of the time are spend looking at the clock, set the clock, set the time...

Hadif with his Ben 10 watch..ciwi sangat..everytime nak bagitau.'mama, jam..jam..'..poor childs, I have to left for the airport very early in the morning yesterday, therefrore by 5.30am they were cuddled into the car as not to disturb their sleep, at by 6.30am they were already at the nursery while I was on Erl on the way to the airport, that is the hardest part...and hubby left for Penang the same day at 9.00am and leaving the kids ...how I wish.....

Erl station at 6.15am ..serene and spooky..not many people, I was sleepy and hungry and tired...

It was a smooth journey and we landed at 8.30am and were fetch..and the food hunting began...
Breakfast at Transfer Road, roti canai taruh daging atas, or chicken anyway you like, but I like banjir..one piece is enough, the place is unique in its own way, the taste is similar to other place but the ambience that make people come

Were we touring around..ooppss..not touring la..on this Hyundai Starex, RM500 per day with diesel and it can accommodate to 12 people if they are skinny like me, but its convinient for those with a batalion kids and steady cashflow and thick pocket

Hunting for jeruk for four pregnant ladies at the office, but this time around we went to a Malay shop at Chowrasta insted of the usual place under the staircase. We were stucked there for more than 30 minutes and that include food tasting session where we ended up finishing jeruk kuinin which are sweet and tender (please forget about whatever chemical effect and what not.. :-)

Penang is well known for food and the journey is not comple without mee goreng prepared by an old man and air sabat with pieces of coconut flesh and biji selasih as well as cendol, but don't judge by the condition of the place or whether its hynegic or not...

By 9.45pm I was already back in Putrajaya and Hadif was already sleeping in on his baby chair inside the car except for Sufiya who was waiting for a chocolate...and the routine starts back...set the clock again.....

Wedding and painting and riding weekend

I'm officially workig at a new place since last week and handling new projects but meeting almost the same people from my previous office, this tim around its gonna be a little bit different, with travelling and leaving the kids..that will be the hardest part..work wise its just the same no matter where we are, office politics and what not are similar....but I like this new place for its scope of work which are wider but next year there will be four people going for maternity leave starting January ...and that means I have more burden on me...

Anyway our weekend is like a circle again...doing the same thing...except for the weather which is always wet with heavy rain and strong wind, that means laundry took two days for one cycle of wash..sighhh...

Kids with 'magic ink'..she decided to just draw circles instead of lines... and Hadif with dots that made spoilt the pen. Sufiya is on baju raya mood again so those baju kurung were repeatedly wash and soon after they dried she will choosed one..

Routine activity on the weekend..watercolour session but this time around Hadif was not intrested, he just pinched the black tube and paint his pant

Proud painter with her piece of the week...

I remember one fine day in Langkawi somewhere in Kuah, back in the 80's I fell on the smooth white sand..over loaded..three people on one motorcyle..and this is the first ride for both of them, and as expected they got two round each and Hadif being a big boy wants to control the handle..

Sufiya posing before the ride

We went for a wedding ceremony at P16 today, the theme is white and silver, the flower girls looks lovely..

Ebby and me used to be sharing the same bed and pillow even though we were provided with double decker, both were too 'brave' and 'strong'...we even went to the toilet together in the middle of the night, she was scared of the dark and me even worse...there was one time a story of 'big sweet' aka 'p#c*ng' at UiTM and the story related to those double decker bed..since that day we decided to just squuzed in that single bed due to fear of big sweet encounter..those were the days....

I think with time passed by, everything changed but one thing remain the same, I'm still not brave enough staying alone with the kids..pity me...

Penang to Planetarium and such

Guest of honour just left the house and on the way back to Penang after a last stop at Jalan TAR..and as expected, Sufiya cried and she keep on asking to go to Penang..and we promised her two pink telephone and one purple camera (toys) to stop her cry... and it works as always.....

Here's the flashback

Dinner at Saba' Cyberjaya..we had Lamb Hanith, another lamb dish and chicken kebab, mint tea that came without mint leaves at all and fruit juices for the kids...the owner already bought the next door restaurant and Saba' became a big dining place...the food is good but the kitchen and wah area need to be upgraded.....

The floor of zero gravity room...

Candy ride....as a token
We went to the Planetarium for some educational visit... view from Balai Cerapan towards the city
Admission is free for this exhibition area but the route here from the parking is terrible, we had to climb the staircase a=about 15-20 minutes...
Hadif trying out space water closet..and found out it was too small for him..need a custom made... .:-P
Farehah and Ersyad with the space suits

Zero gravity room that made us dizzy...

After the planetarium we decided to talk a walk at the park..it was crowded but the weather was good for a walk with the kids...Farehah with KLCC at the back
Ersyad pose high up ......

Koala bear....Hadif have a new skill..next trip to kampung he will panjat pokok kelapa

Final pose before they head home..Hadif was busy looking at the cow at the nearby hill....notice my sarang tempua..? it was given to me few months ago, there lots of these in Putrajaya, but with all the developments going on some of them might be moving to other place...even a wild boar has been hit by a Satria last few months at the big roundabout.....

Pink Form

It finally arrived..not a pink paper but still the message is the same, the original precious pink will be in my hand tomorrow and by Monday I'll be using a new route, passing different building and reporting to new superior and making new friends and will have a room with a different view (if only there's a room with a view..)

Some said that its hard to say goodbye, but not for me...saying goodbye in this case is so damn easy..not trying to be snobbish or what...but if you are in my shoes, you can feel how tight the shoes are and how is the pain......but life goes on.....forgive and forget...

Have a nice weekend folk....Sufiya is expecting her cousin from Penang and always her Saleem Mamu...
